[Docs]: clarify the name of the config file #4275

🚀 Feature Proposal

In a typical case of the curse of knowledge, the ts-jest config filename is barely mentioned in the docs:

https://kulshekhar.github.io/ts-jest/docs/guides/esm-support/ doesn't mention it at all. Ideally the Prism code block would include the filename, which would be different per language:
Same for https://kulshekhar.github.io/ts-jest/docs/getting-started/presets
https://kulshekhar.github.io/ts-jest/docs/getting-started/installation#jest-config-file mentions it only at the very end

Motivation

It would help to know what the config file name format is, and what extensions are allowed.
