Description

Create a dashboard for KMC related metrics.

Acceptance

  • dashboards are created here in subfolder
  • dashboard contents
    • number of scraped clusters
    • errors per cluster
    • errors in total
    • resend per cluster
    • keb errors
    • edp related errors
  • dashboard will be deployed to:
    • Dev
    • Stage
    • Prod

Depends on #3306
