Description

After #10125 issue will be done we should implement automated check if the convention introduced in #10124 is followed for all of our secrets in the Google Cloud Secret Manager.

Reasons

We should follow naming convention for all of our secrets in the Google Cloud Secret Manager.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Implement periodic Github Action or Cloud Run which will detect if the naming convention is followed for all of our secrets.
  • Adjust Terraform config if needed.
  • Notify about breaking the convention on our Slack alert channel.
