-feature,-unchecked,-deprecation,-explainTypeswere supported by Scaladoc 2 and are set by e.g. sbt-spiewak plugin so probably we should also support them in Scaladoc 3. Unsupported-languagesetting may break scaladoc generation for projects that use it. Also moved-explainbecause it seems to be better-explain-typesand added alias-explaintypesfor explain-types settings because it was present in scala2
