Related to #12010 this issue extends the requirements and expectations therein to also require the following:

Update the exam utils on the front-end to properly convert/deconvert quiz question_sources as is appropriate
Clarify the data structures used within the Vuex modules that make this work
Exams, when completed, can have their reports viewed by the Learner and by the Coach without issue
Create a follow-up issue re: what to look for when updating UX/UI to show section data in quiz reports
