Describe the bug
I tried installing https://github.com/aquasecurity/starboard-lens-extension/releases but Lens is stuck in Installing for a long time.
While checking the extension folder created in my PC, I see that folder is created for Starboard and packages extracted but Lens does not complete installation. By closing and reopening Lens, Extension shows as installed, but I do not see it in the Lens Dashboard under Custom Resources tab.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to 'Lens IDE'
Click on 'Burger Menu - File - Extensions or Ctrl + Shift + E from main Console'
Logs:
When you run the application executable from command line you will see some logging output. Please paste them here:
info: [EXTENSION-INSTALLER]: installing package for extension "C:\Users\REDACTED\.k8slens\extensions\aquasecurity--starboard-lens-extension"
error: [EXTENSION-DISCOVERY]: failed to add extension: Error: spawn UNKNOWN {"error":{"code":"UNKNOWN","errno":-4094,"syscall":"spawn"}}
Kubeconfig:
I can connect to the EKS Clusters normally.
Additional context
This Extension was already installed in my Lens, but when I added new clusters, this extension wasn't extending to this new clusters, hence I went ahead and removed it, to reinstall it again on all clusters present in Lens, but issue is I cant install it now !
