We have a documentation running at https://docs.letterpad.app/
It uses GitBook.

Repository - https://github.com/letterpad/letterpad-website

We would need Help articles. For this issue, we would like add a page on how to host Letterpad on your own. The Readme file has a lot of information about this. But we need to article that explains this well.
