Issue Summary

We have noticed users in Letterpad Platform publishing short posts which are mostly advertisements. This posts dont bring any value and is reducing the overall quality of Letterpad. Such accounts should be suspended.

We need a process for this. First send an email to remind them about the guidelines. If they do not bring down the posts, then suspend the account.
