Removing an email address from Liberapay's blacklist is currently done manually. In order to automate it, we need software that receives emails and authenticates them with DKIM (or at least checks that they pass SPF). I could put such software on the server which currently hosts Liberapay's email accounts, or we could use Cloudflare's recently improved Email Routing feature instead.
