Summary

It would be useful to be able to update the configuration of archived repos

Why do you need this?

Archived repos sometimes need configuration changes - for example some ex-team members may still be contributors (e.g. added individually, not via teams) with admin permissions on those repos which means they could un-archive it and publish new versions of modules, etc.

To apply config changes would it be possible to automate unarchiving the repo, applying the changes then archiving it again afterwards?
