expected behaviour: after page refresh, any unused js added file upload forms are not counted in the total number added
behaviour: firefox currently caches the number of forms added even when they are unused (you don't upload a file) and after a page refresh you cannot add more because it thinks you are already at your maximum
device & browser: Firefox
Comment/Question: This behavior can be circumnavigated by saving the topic and then going back and editing as the count is reset on save

@phillimorland I tried, but did not find a working solution for this.. and apparently we are not the only ones having this problem: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/69316830/ff92-0-on-linux-introduces-caching-issues-with-django-3-2-inline-forms But unfortunately no answer there 🤷‍♀️
