"lie": "3.1.1"

This should be ^3.1.1 so we can get rid of es3ify in lies dependencies.
Just like #775 was, this is a step to get rid of esprima-fb.

Or is there a reason for a fixed version of the library?

No reason, I'll look into updating this soon. Sorry but I don't tend to use this library a lot myself these days so I've been a bit bad at watching the repo. I'll try to spend a weekend triaging issues soon 🙂
