The required_if rule was removed?

I need to use the required_if rule, but it is not implemented in the repo, although the documentation says that it is available.
When I try to use it by importing the rule:

Vue show me this error:

required_if does not exist. Could you please help me, I need that validation rule or give me a different alternative. thank you so much
