logseq-win-x64-0.4.9.exe can't open local file folder , and no entries in any menu #3215

Describe the bug
windows 0.4.9.exe can't open local file folder , and no entries in any menu

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. download logseq-win-x64-0.4.9.exe
  2. Click it to install
  3. Cut the default installed folder , and move to other driver(from c: to e:)
  4. Then no files , no pages, no entries to open local file

Expected behavior
show content as 0.4.8 or earlier.

Have you tried the clear cache button in the setting panel?

  1. Uninstall logseq
  2. Delete all folders in driver c: which related to logseq (.logseq in user data folder, C:\Users\xxx\Application Data\logseq, etc)
  3. Reinstall logseq 0.4.9
  4. then all is ok.

This is caused by a known issue of Electron 14
(#3202)
Fix is committed and would be delivered within the next release. You may rollback an older version (e.g. 0.4.6) for now.

I reencounter this situation . Then I try the button : clear cache, it works.
Maybe something error about the encrypted function .

I tried 0.5.4 I cannot open my folder, it works on browser though

Yes it is , I just forgot that I have experienced it sometime ago.
