Button in the Readme.md points to a URL that returns raw "{"message":"Artifact not found or access denied."}"

Steps to reproduce

Click on the "latest-build" Button or use this link https://ci.appveyor.com/api/projects/lordmilko/prtgapi/artifacts/PrtgAPI.zip

What is the output of 'Get-PrtgClient -Diagnostic'?
