Describe the bug
After revoking access to a Github account (on the GitHub site), the extension does not allow you to re-login to any account.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. log in to the extension through your account.
  2. revoke permissions for the extension on the https://github.com/settings/applications page.
  3. The extension does not allow to register again, there are no settings to fix the situation. Only "GIST ERROR: Could Not Add File > Reason: Not Found" or similar notification according to the operation you are going to perform.

Expected behavior
I would like to see an offer to log in repeatedly or to another account or to reset absolutely all settings in order to be able to use the extension.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • VS Code Version: 1.87.2
  • GistPad Version: v0.6.0
  • MacOS Version 14.3.1

Additional context
Here are some error messages:

Error running command gistpad.refreshGists: t.body is not iterable. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes gistpad.refreshGists.

Error running command gistpad.refreshShowcase: Bad credentials. This is likely caused by the extension that contributes gistpad.refreshShowcase.
