Describe the bug
Unable to delete gists & files inside gists at all

To Reproduce

Go to GistPad
Expand any gist
Try to delete it or files inside of it
I don't get errors (other than document and appendLine) but it fails to do either of these actions

Expected behavior
I expect them to delete & disappear

VS Code Version 1.88.1
GistPad Version 0.6.0

Additional context
I have the document and appendLine errors sometimes but I'm not sure if they're related to this
