Is it possible to run the server without Spring Boot plugins

I have tried to run the server in all possible ways for two days, but I couldn't. Is it because of Spring Boot plugin?

If there is a way to run the server apart from the client, please guide me.

when I start server with the gradlew, the following error occurs during the build:

I found out that it was because I ran it inside WSL, after I started in Windows, it worked.
