TypeScript 4.7 Node16 / NodeNext module resolution reports Could not find a declaration file for module 'mrmime' on

import * as mime from 'mrmime';

It looks similar to microsoft/playwright#14348, the solution is to export types explicitly like microsoft/playwright#14428.
