关于无重边图遇到错误边数时程序卡死的问题 #86

例如，当构造一个2个点，2条边的无向无重边无自环图时，显然不可能存在这样的图。
此时没有出现应有的抛出异常，而是程序卡死在Graph构造函数中。
希望修改这方面的行为。
