Dear,
How to compile?

 private void SetNewOpenConnectionList()
        {
            OpenConnections = [];
            OpenConnections.CollectionChanged += (sender, args) => RaisePropertyChangedEvent(this, new PropertyChangedEventArgs("OpenConnections"));
        }

[] is used in Python not in C#
there is about 100 occurences of such list definitions in code
