Is there any way to override the default parameters globally? Specifically those for the font-range?

Unfortunately not at the moment, there are a few moving pieces to this:

Rucksack needs to be able to pass config to its plugins (features) on init ( Allow passing config objects to modules #30 )
postcss-responsive-type needs to have its defaults configurable on init

Both are pretty straightforward, but I'm flat out at the moment. Happy to take PRs :-)
