Imposible to update a Magento Cloud project to 2.4.7-beta3 because of ece-tools version

Preconditions

Need to install Magento Cloud 2.4.7-beta3

Steps to reproduce

1. Composer install of "magento/product-enterprise-edition": "2.4.7-beta3"
2. Composer install of "magento/magento-cloud-metapackage"

Expected result

1. "magento/magento-cloud-metapackage" has been correctly installed

Actual result

1. "magento/magento-cloud-metapackage" wont install because of magento/ece-tools requires Symphony 2 | 4 | 5 but Magento 2.4.7-beta3 requires Symphony 6. Not compatible
