Created safe://doesn'texist with a backslash on CLI

safe nrs create doesn\'texist --link safe://hnyynywa79uk9erjix9f7kjdctt64bx8dph6jhxkqhusibazazix6c95orbnc?v=0
New NRS Map for "safe://doesn'texist" created at: "safe://hnyydywfn39gmrcdbith6cq1133fjq5wwd337kda3j4xywumo3mpxs9eg4bqh"
+ doesn'texist safe://hnyynywa79uk9erjix9f7kjdctt64bx8dph6jhxkqhusibazazix6c95orbnc?v=0

Problem 1of2
cannot use as
safe://doesn'texist
as browser makes as
safe://doesn%27texist

Problem 2of2
Also, oddly the back-slash is getting corrected as forward-slash!
So, putting safe://doesn\'texist updates itself as safe://doesn/'texist; which then is a worry for how many other auto-correct features exist.
