This PR changes when
posthtml-mso, the plugin that enables<outlook>tags, to run before thereplaceStringstransformer (specifically, beforeprettify). It was running after all transformers and was causing issues withreplaceStrings.replaceStringsmust run last in the transformers chain so that it can be used as a last resort to change anything in the HTML without worrying that it will be altered further.
