Sourcemaps slowes down SASS compilation dramatically #170

Dev mode:
XX medium size files takes around 7 seconds.
When sourcemaps are disabled, compilation takes 200 ms only.

As it's upstream issue, we introduced disableSourcemaps config property when the performance is an issue.
