Describe the issue.

The instructions for manual testing of DGSReduction interface need to be updated and the links in the instructions have to redirect to existing web pages.

Observed during manual testing in #37343

I tried to locate archive documentation for DGSReduction, but wasn't able to do so. So I added instructions for testing the interface with a MLZ facility selection, but they don't cover SNS or ISIS selection options that are still offered by the interface.
