[FEATURE] 自定义webdav同步歌单频率 #216

需求描述
webdav是常用的多终端同步方案，但现在的版本只能手动进行同步歌单，能否自定义同步频率，比如设置每天同步一次或每30min同步1次。

我也是来提这个需求的.
这样我就可以在PC端深度定制了.
然后爱心歌曲,歌单都是方便的同步给移动端.
1, 最好能够实时触发增量同步.
2, 不行的话加一个勾退出前同步.
