Stuck trying to install crossover app.

I am relatively new to Mac OS and have been having a play around. I tried to install heroic launcher following an Andrew Tsai tutorial video, it worked and I was able to play some games but they were extremely slow when the MacBook got warm.
Since then I saw other comments stating they had better experience using crossover instead, so I tried to use another of his videos to install Crossover. The very first stage of the video (after installation) is to add a bottle. When trying to do so, I get the following message.

Does anyone have any clue as to what I need to do to resolve this kind of thing?
I also installed the beta version of Sonoma and didn't save an old copy of the Monterey one.
