[BUG] CLI error output cannot be scrolled

Describe your issue

As the title suggests, Can't slide text output from terminal into error window that opens automatically if an error occurs

Steps to reproduce the issue

The only way to reproduce it is to make an update fail (Dot Net packages commonly fail; they could be used for testing).
When the GUI fails, it automatically launches a drop-down window with the terminal output text. This text is the one that cannot be scrolled.

When providing a fix also test it when the windows font size and windows ui scale is increaased.
