Sometimes people want to carry along their unfinished working copy commit when moving in along in history.

Describe the solution you'd like
Add jj prev/next --rebase which carries along your pending changes.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None.

This was brought up in the fallout of #3426 in the Discord
