Material list block focus not working

Expected Behaviour

Steps to reproduce

1. Add material list block with 3 items.
2. Keep focus on 3rd item.
3. Click to focus on 1st list item.
4. Focus to first list item is not working.

Removing this from m3 milestone, we can pick up this in next minor release. @igruszkauy
