Missing previous_tag output value when using the custom_tag input #131

When doing a custom release using the custom_tag it does not output the previous_tag, only the new_tag
Nevertheless, the changelog output value contains the previous_tag in the URL.

I feel this is a bug, what do you think @mathieudutour?
