Multiple "Active sessions" text near eachother on the web UI is confusing

I watched @kegsay use mas.element.io to sign out from some of his devices in anger and we were confused for a few seconds as to the multiple "active sessions" text next to each other on the https://mas.element.io/account/sessions page.

It says I have 4 active sessions. But also 2 active sessions... what?

It took us a bit of time to clock that one is referring to the browser session count, and another to non-browsers.

I think it would help to visually separate the Browsers list from the other list a bit more.

1. The "Browsers" list has a title, "Browsers". Whereas the other list has no title at all. Or put another way, why is "X active sessions" a subtitle in one spot, and a title in another?
2. Putting a visual separator such as a horizontal bar between the two distinct lists would help with not conflating the two "X active sessions" as talking about the same list.
