Add warning about go-bindata

Per this tweet, the original author of go-bindata has deleted their Github account. Someone else has recreated their account name, but its unclear as of now who is actually responsible for the new account. Its wise to at the very least point out that ownership has changed for those who aren't as abreast of the golang community.

Other possible solutions to this issue:

• point users to the new hard-fork of go-bindata: https://github.com/a-urth/go-bindata
• implement a new version of what go-bindata did using statik
