Add CLI arg to disable the backspace key

It's a neat typing excercise to practice typing with no backspaces allowed (i.e., every mistake you make stays). It adds an extreme incentive for accuracy.

I see there's an option to disallow going back to words with backspace after you've moved on from them, but I'm hoping there's a way to fully disable the backspace key entirely.
