Rename to openapi #18

Since the spec is now officially known as the OpenAPI Specification, I would suggest renaming this project to openapi-combine or something similar.

However, it would be good to keep "swagger" as a keyword for npm and the readme, to help for people who are still searching for swagger.

This is a good suggestion.
However since other projects like Swagger UI or Swagger-Editor still include swagger in their official names I would wait for OpenAPI to get more common before renaming this module.

I'll leave this issue open until the renaming is done.

The difference with the Swagger UI / Editor / Codegen is that they are a set of tools by the Swaggerhub company. For that reason I doubt those tools will be renamed.
