npm install mdbootstrap issues #278

Expected behavior

npm install mdbootstrap should install all required packages and show the same result as using the cdn version,

Actual behavior

The results of using webpack vs cdn are fundamental.
npm:

cdn:

Your working environment and MDB version information

@import '~mdbootstrap/scss/mdb-free';

npm list mdbootstrap
└── mdbootstrap@4.15.0
