We did not manage to upgrade Swatinem/rust-cache in our CI from 2.7.1 to 2.7.3

Refer to: #4385

The returned error:

Looks related to this issue on their side: Swatinem/rust-cache#183

Happy to have any contribution to help us on this upgrade
