[Perf] Roadmap: list of metrics enhancements/bugfixes

Brief list of grafana, prometheus, billboardjs enhancements:

1. making the “load my Grafana board” work on the Prometheus settings page
2. Remembering the definition of a board that someone imported using that method.
3. Adding the static board metrics to the system dashboard page.
4. Displaying SMI traffic metrics on the system dashboard.

• The stats don't need to actually come from SMI traffic metrics given that they are not supported universally. Instead, incorporating Prometheus queries for similarly compelling stats.

1. Allowing people to select a different chart type for a metric.
2. Metric subscriptions, because polling is for the birds.
3. Working on creating the concept of environments, an aspect of which will be Meshery Server supporting multiple graf and prom connections.

• If you rephrase that, it’s not about creating environments as much as it’s about creating support for managing multiple active connections to Prometheus and Grafana in context of environments as a concept.
• Why would you do this and what does it get us?
  • One: Multi cluster support.
  • Two: Multi mesh support
  • Three (this is related, but needs to be delivered separately anyway): support for configuring multiple boards with different panels and giving the user preference over white panels to show in which areas of the UI.
