[UI] Broken k8s icon in the context switcher.

Current Behavior

Users see a broken k8s icon in the context switcher until the Kuberentes connection def is fetched and icon is availbale.

Desired Behavior

Add a fallback icon while the connection def is fetched and a logo is available.
