Current Behavior

When designs are deployed by Meshery, a link to the running instances of those resources and the originating design is created. Users of the Visualizer extension can click on the design badge in order to open a resource's design. When they do, a new browser window opens, causing loss of context for the user.

Desired Behavior

Open the design in the same window, simply switching to Designer mode.
