Nearly everything in the tutorial regarding PhpDebugBar is no longer valid.

Reason
Since the tutorial was written the authors have moved to piping the Middleware from a config file with a priority of 1000. As it stands now the code from the tutorial causes it to error (forgive me I can't recall the exact error), I want to say it was a previously registered collector issue.

Unfortunately, the package php-middleware/php-debug-bar does not support all features that PHPDebugBar provides. like "ajax call" or ajax that return non html response or the OpenHandler feature,.
I wrote a new package inspired by php-middleware/php-debug-bar to support features like Ajax calls and open handlers. So give it a try and feedback is always welcome.
