Can't use home directory in path of mochaFile

It seems like using ~/ in the mochaFile path does not work. I've tried this on circleCI, and was able to make it write to the same directory if I use a relative path instead, so it does not seem to be a permissions issue. I also tried using the MOCHA_FILE env var, but it didn't work either.

Configs that do not work:

Config that does work
