Whenever I ask it to give me an output I get the error "#CALC!" and when I hover my mouse over the warning symbol it says "An invalid value was used when saving to WK1 Format" and the formula recalculates. Probably need to run this formula in manual calculation mode which is kind of inconvenient.
Couldn't capture the warning message itself, but here's a simple screenshot:
If it helps, the formula in cell C6 is '=LABS.GENERATIVEAI("Please format the following formula: " & FORMULATEXT(C6),0.2)'
I can probably just paste the output into a notepad and then back into excel, but if that's the case, why wouldn't I just have chatgpt in an open window next to me? Although you can reference the data in other cells, this doesn't seem that useful as an add-in. What I actually thought it would do is have the ability to read the whole workbook and be able to give contextual help.
All this is is ChatGPT with extra steps and for this to come from Microsoft, I honestly thought it would be a little more robust and natively integrated. I could have built this whole add in in an afternoon.
