Add feature to PowerToys Run

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I would like to delete some files using command in PowerToys Run, mb using path or name of program. I really need this feature to easy delete program using just command /delete "file name"

Scenario when this would be used?

I get tired of going into the settings every time to delete the application completely, and not just the shortcut. For me personally, it would be more convenient if I could use the line that is called up by pressing just two keys and delete the file/program.

Per #14423, this is not functionality we are prioritizing for the core goals of PowerToys Run at the moment, but happy to keep this issue open to see what other folks think.

In the meantime, adding to Icebox.
