FancyZones - Offset in Pixel From Border To Trigger a Zone (Canvas Layout)

Description of the new feature / enhancement

It seems there is not a way to set an offset of how much PX from the zone border are need to trigger the window reposition. This actually seems to happen with vanilla Aero Snap (not customizable) and most other Aero Snap Tools (customizable).

Scenario when this would be used?

This would avoid unwanted repositioning. Currently the window will be resized if it is the canvas area. No matter if close or far from the border.
