Description of the new feature / enhancement

Nice to inform about it, but then which modules are those?
It should be easily discoverable, particularly because the options are to always run all of PowerToys with admin rights, or turn the rights off, also with no way to shut off the notifications about this.

Scenario when this would be used?

During the normal process of having PowerToys installed and running on a computer with one or more process given admin rights earlier on I suppose (before the notification) - without remembering which one(s) were given that right.
