Steps to reproduce

On Sunday 5/12/2024, I'm reviewing one of the modules of PowerToys called Mouse Utilities. I'm really happy to review this until in the same day. at around 3:50, when I was scrolling the module, after the Mouse Pointer Crosshairs it's originally goes to the attribution but in this version, it is delayed, I also didn't know how this delayed to the Mouse Pointer Crosshairs setting but please fix this in the next version.

✔️ Expected Behavior

it helps finding my mouse back because yesterday, my mom cannot find the cursor back and with PowerToys, i can find my cursor back.

❌ Actual Behavior
