Add support for Tenant selection in MS Teams Azure DevOps integration

The documentation clearly states that the integration requires MS Teams and Azure DevOps being connected to the same Azure Tenant.

It is possible to file a feature request so that the integration allows first to choose the Tenant and then the Azure DevOps organization?
Basically the same logic solution as implemented here https://aex.dev.azure.com/me.

The scenario is having MS Team running in a main tenant but needing to link to Azure DevOps Organizations to which the user has access through guested accounts
